Tuesday October 17th  FOUNDERS BEER DINNER
Open Seating 5-8 pm  $40

First – Chipotle Pumpkin Soup with Granny Apple
garnish paired with Backwoods Bastard
Wee Heavy”, cave aged in oak bourbon barrels. Warm smells of single malt scotch,
oaky bourbon barrels, smoke, sweet caramel & roasted malts.11.2% ABV

Second Spring Greens with fresh cranberry, smoked gouda,
glazed pecans & orange zest with
maple balsamic dressing paired with Rubeus Nitro.  Smooth Nitro pour, unique raspberry taste by the addition of only fresh raspberries at five separate stages in the brewing process. 5.7% ABV

Main- Cuban Ropa Vieja- ( Ropah Vee-ay-ha) Shredded beef and vegetables, this is one of Cuba’s most popular and beloved dishes.  So popular in fact that it’s one of the country’s designated national dishes. Paired with Doom- A collision of worlds, the intense hop character of an Imperial IPA mingles with the warm vanilla and oak notes imparted from the time spent in our favorite bourbon barrels. 12.4% ABV

Finale – S’mores Brownie with the KBS- This stout is brewed with a hint of coffee and vanilla then aged in oak bourbon barrels for over a year. 11.8% ABV (This beer is reserved for Beer Dinner guests until 8pm. )


November 14th– Fermentorium Beer Dinner

December 12th Erv’s Christmas Party 4 pm  till the Reindeer fly us home.
