Well, if you’re looking at this page, you have found our new web site. A web site is one of those things that’s been on my list of things to do for a while, and I guess I have finally reached that point on the list. Kudos to our site creator for his patience & creativity.
For those who found us on the web but have not visited in person, here are a few things to entice you to visit. We serve lunch & dinner Monday through Saturday. After many years of a day of rest, we are now open on Sundays from September through May.
Sundays feature Bloody Marys and Jack & Coke for $3 as well as $5 pitchers of Domestic Taps & snacks at Packer half-time. But the best part of Sundays is the food including Baked Chicken with stuffing, mashed potatoes & gravy that you can only find here on Sundays. We also serve our slow roasted Angus Prime Rib, as well as the rest of our full menu, so stop by on Sunday for relaxed dining that can’t be beat.
In addition to our great Weekend dining, our lead chef, Kathy, makes fabulous Specials & Homemade Soups every day. Our ever popular Fish Fry is served twice a week- Wednesday & Friday, year round. Pedro, the heart & soul of our kitchen, chops 150 pounds of whole head cabbage every week for the freshest coleslaw in town. Finally, back by demand, we are again serving our rich & delicious Pan Fried Lake Perch.
If you have never tried one of our Steaks, you’re in for a treat! All of our steaks are Black Canyon Black Angus beef and we hand cut & trim every steak in our own kitchen, in order to get the freshest, best tasting meal on our customer’s plates.
Cocktail hour offers something special too. Although each day is something different, Wednesdays are the best deal of the week. You can get 5 bottles of any beer we carry for $10…but even better, you can get 2 pounds of our Famous Ribs or 2 pounds of our great, made-from-scratch Wings for $10 ( or 1 pound of each for those who can’t decide). The best part is that you can get the Ribs and Wings Special All Day Wednesday, from 11 am till 9 pm!
